Paris Attractions - Paris Vacation Rentals

Paris may not have beaches or ski slopes, but, everything about this wonderful city is a Paris attraction in its self.

Paris sights and Paris attractions seem to be one in the same at first glance. Certainly, the sights attract people to Paris, therefore, they are Paris attractions.  The glowing of the lights at night, the beautiful architecture on an otherwise meaningless building, the designer shopping, the delicious cuisine, and all the monuments and the history they stand to represent.

There is more to Paris than stone and steel. There is a mystique, an ambience, an allure that should be listed number one of all the Paris attractions.

Paris has been carrying this burden of being not only the city of light, but, the city of love. This is where couples come to fall in love time and time again. If that is not the number one attraction, what is? The Eiffel Tower? The Louvre? The Arc de Triomphe? They are most certainly attractions, but, merely three of many parts that as a whole, become the love in the air of Paris.

Your romantic getaway will start best in one of the romantic Paris vacation rentals that can be found all over the city. Paris vacation rentals give you the feeling of a local. All Paris vacation rentals have all the amenities you could want at home, the feeling of a romantic vacation, all the privacy in the world and none of the bothers of a hotel in Paris.
Live it up in Romantic Paris
A short train ride away, visit the luxurious Chateau de Versaille, the elaborate palace of the notorious Sun King. Be sure to take a bottle of wine and a snack of baguettes and cheese to nibble on the grounds. Just a few more minutes further on the same train, you can visit Chartres Cathedral, one of the most stunning gothic churches in Europe.

Bond with nature, and each other
Paris is filled with beautiful gardens, and all make an unbelievably romantic setting. Luxembourg Gardens, in particular, is a great spot for couples, and is adjacent to the breathtaking Luxembourg Castle.

Do some very French kissing in Romantic Paris
You've seen the scene in almost every romance set in Paris: a couple embraces for a deep kiss on a bridge overlooking the Seine River. There's a reason filmmakers use this image. It's wonderfully romantic. Take your honey to the nearest bridge, walk to the center and get smooching.

Walk arm in arm
Venture to the Ile Saint Louis (near Notre Dame) for a great neighborhood for walking. The tiny island within the Seine has cute boutique shops, nice restaurants and nightclubs filled with locals. Be sure to try Berthillon, a delicious ice cream that can only be found in this small neighborhood.
Take the Metro to the Pont Marie stop, and then cross the bridge. From Ile de la Cité, walk left of Notre Dame cathedral's facade and then head to the back side of the church. Follow the road to the bridge and then cross.

Spice up the evening
Set the mood for the rest of the evening with a sexy cabaret show at the world famous Moulin Rouge. Moulin Rouge is probably the most famous cabaret in the world. It made Cancan big in 1961 and it's still a "hot spot" ever since! The current show, called Féeire consist of 100 artists, 60 of them being the georgeous Doriss Girls from all around the world.
